My Horses


Horses are my life. I currently own 4 of these wonderful animals and hope to raise the money to save a few from slaughter so that they may have a second chance at life.

I have trained/retrained many horses that were consider "problem" horses in that 'no one could handle them' because of bad and dangerous habits that they picked up from past owners. 2 of the 4 horses I own were abused- one which was nearly starved to death when I got him(check out his pic above! He loves to jump!!). These two are currently my two show horses that are always on top of the compition :-)

Current Doings
Fox Hunting (the FLH chases - NOT kills as it is commonly beleived, very few hunts in the US still kill... and if I find one that does I'll kill them!) but anyway Fox Hunting is out of season so it is prime time for shows! I usually have 1 or 2 shows I attend every weekend, which means weekdays I ride anywhere from 2-6 horses a day (mine and possibly others' horses who need a bit of an adjustment). This week I have been teaching a Bible School class from bright and early in the morning till noon. 35 preschool kids!! Can ya beleive it!? I have lots of help, of course.
